On June 9th, the Orange County, California Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society held its annual Women in the Law Luncheon/Meet and Greet.
The women
gathered at El Torito Grill for yummy food and great conversation. In
attendance were women that are following diverse paths through the balance of
law practice and personal life.

This year we had seven in attendance. One woman is in full-time practice with kids
at home. Numerous women are in part-time practice with kids at home. One woman
was on hiatus for many years and recently returned to practice with older kids. And we also had a student with grown kids in
attendance.
Each attendee shared what she
does, what her experience has been and what she would like to do in the future.
We were able to build connections on how we might assist one another in
advancing in our goals. And as a bunch
of moms, we also discussed our wonderful children.
It was great to find support for each other and
understanding of the path that we are on as women in the law. We had the chance to get to know each other
better and had a great time networking. Thank you for attending ladies!
